Pure Love Bakery Policies-Updated June 22, 2020

 

Ordering-

· Orders must be place at least 14 days in advance.

· Orders will only be accepted if date inquired is available.

· Please give at least 48 hours to receive quote after inquiry.

· If you would like to reserve a date before placing order, a $20 non-refundable retainer is required, which will be deducted from your final order balance.

Retainers/Deposits and Payments-

· All orders require a non-refundable retainer of $20 or 50% of balance due, whichever is greater.

· Deposits are due within 7 days after order is placed in order to hold the date. Date will not be held until deposit has been received.

· If date is still available and the deposit has not been received 10 days prior to pick up/delivery, the order will be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS! (I am only 1 person, and it would not be fair to those who have their orders in place to rush due to late payments)

· Payment methods accepted: Cash, check, credit/debit cards, and money order.

Delivery-

· Delivery is available for an additional fee.

· All delivery orders must be paid in full 14 days prior to delivery date.

Punch Cards (Rewards)-

· Punch cards must be present at time of pick-up/delivery to receive punch credit.

· Punch cards WILL NOT be punched at a later date.

· If your card has been lost, you must ask to begin a new one. Punch credits are not transferable.
